We follow a philosophy of eating to nurture your health and promote spiritual well-being. Using natural ingredients, we offer delicious fare that tastes so good that you’ll forget you’re feeding your body only the highest quality ingredients that are jam-packed with nutrients and essential vitamins.
We offer delicious healthy options ranging from fresh artisan crafted sandwiches, flavorful salads, sweet vegan muffins and cookies to hearty soups packed full of flavor you won’t believe unless you try! We also offer fair trade coffee, loose leaf tea and espresso-based drinks.
Liquor service is welcome, and requires a Special Occasion Permit (available via the LCBO). Private servers must be Smart Serve certified. We offer coffee, tea and catering services through Global Pantry (our in-house catering enterprise) as well as through a list of preferred catering vendors.

Commercial Kitchen Space
The Riverdale Hub offers a standard range of equipment onsite including chairs, projectors, flipcharts, etc. With a full service commercial kitchen on site, we are able to accommodate the needs of upwards of 250 guests.
